Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assigned projects’ revenue targets and collection acceleration.
  • Responsible for the profit and the loss of the project.
  • Managing projects’ plans not limited to setting deadlines/milestones, monitoring progress of projects, creating resource allocation plans and assigned responsibilities.
  • Establishing work groups for each project, regularly share clear plans and updates, facilitate internal resources meetings and oversee activities to achieve effective execution of projects.
  • Responsible for enhancing project life cycle & resolving raised issues.
  • Managing changes in the project scope, schedule and costs, ensuring technical feasibility, and resources’ utilization compared to plan.
  • Tracking project progress, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Regular customer visits to complete, ensure and report detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project to guarantee project progress and meeting deadlines agreed with the customers.
  • Preparing and communicating projects’ status reports for upper management on regular basis.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and plan.
  • Ensuring that all confidential project materials are securely stored, and that only authorized personnel have access to the information.
  • Developing and monitoring contracts with external selected vendors to conduct project activities.
  • Apply risk analysis to minimize project risks and handle internal conflicts within teams.

Education

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field

Professional Experience

3-7 years in Project Manager, in SW industry

Technical Skills

  • Experience managing large/strategic projects
  • Solid experience in software applications/services is a must
  • Experienced in ICT solutions in Egyptian government
  • Meeting management
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and handle customer objections
  • Ability to describe technical problems
  • Developing and tracking budgets
  • Documentation proficiency in both English and Arabic
