Responsibilities

Developing and implementing IT infrastructure strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the organization’s technology needs are met.
Overseeing and managing the IT infrastructure team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Planning and overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.
Managing and monitoring the organization’s data centers, servers, storage systems, and virtualized environments.
Ensuring compliance with security standards and protocols to protect the organization’s data and systems from potential threats.
Collaborating with other departments to assess technology needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Budgeting and forecasting for IT infrastructure projects and initiatives to support the organization’s strategic goals.
Evaluating new technologies and tools to enhance the organization’s IT infrastructure capabilities.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions.
Providing technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, or ITIL.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
