About The Role

Function: Sales

Department: General Sales - Leisure

Role: The role is responsible for the strategic lead and project managing and ensure consistency in approach and supports efforts to integrate performance measurement and create a holistic picture for Continent business performance. The Senior Role – GSO will also play a key role in the GSO Executive Leadership Team's workstream focused on creating efficiencies within GSO programs and processes.

About The Function

The Sales function for Emaar aims towards increasing hotel(s) occupancies and revenues by managing qualified business partners. In line with goals and strategies defined by the function head, business partners management covers opportunities qualification, contracting, promotional activities and hotel product awareness.

PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE; WHAT WILL YOU BE MEASURED AGAINST

  • Financial - Support the B2B Marketing team to deliver campaign performance analytics and analyze financial data to determine optimal use of resources.
  • Operational - Supports the GSO leadership and broader team by developing and/or applying processes and tools to help monitor and measure performance for the Continent across GSO related analytical need areas / initiatives.
  • Leadership – Educate and empower the sales team and sales support functions to work autonomously with standard reports and sales processes. Demonstrated ability to articulate clearly and present complex issues to associates at all organizational levels including senior level executives.

Qualifications, Experience & Language Proficiency

  • 5+ years' experience in sales, sales analysis, marketing analysis, revenue management, financial analysis
  • 4-year degree in Business Administration
  • Substantial analytical experience and knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong data analysis skills, including querying and manipulation of large quantities of data
