Fitch Learning’s Sales team is currently seeking a client relationship associate to be based out of Dubai office.

The Client Relationship Associate will support and work closely with the MEA Commercial Manager to manage strategic clients across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and supporting the MEA Commercial Manager with his accounts. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about client service and eager to develop their career in client relationship management.

We’ll Count On You To

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues and providing information about products and services.
  • Support the MEA Commercial Manager in handling their key accounts.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide useful insights.
  • Create detailed profiles of existing and potential clients, encompassing business needs, past interactions, and future opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver client reports, presentations, and updates as required to the Commercial Manager
  • Utilize systems to maintain an organized database of research findings and client information for easy reference and reporting.
  • Work in partnership with the Regional Commercial Manager to develop customized proposals for clients, ensuring they address client requirements and align with the company's offerings.
  • Proofread and refine proposals to ensure clarity, accuracy, and a professional presentation before submission.
  • Support the Regional Commercial Manager's to schedule meetings, prepare agendas, gather necessary documents, and ensure participants are informed and ready.
  • Send follow-up emails and reminders to key stakeholders, ensuring action items from meetings are tracked and addressed.
  • Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and upselling additional services or products.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Efficiently coordinate the MEA Commercial Manager's calendar, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, gather necessary documents, and ensure participants are informed and ready.

What You Need To Have

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and market research tools
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for client service.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally

What Would Make You Stand Out

  • Arabic language skills are a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, customer service, or account management is preferred but not required.
