Requirements For Job Vacancy

Description

Prepare the invoice for export from the warehouse and Vendor.
Confirm the order with All Logistic and import team.
Follow the order and availability with the supply chain team.
Prepare the Price List with the Pallet Configuration.
Prepare the Production list.
Handling the Shipment and Required Documents for all Export Invoice.
Monitor the Cost of the Products and update it on the System with the Price list Frequently.
Follow up the Shipping details, payment and ensure to receive and confirm the order with exact time.
Data entry for all Cost on the System.
Follow-up Existing account statement and Payment receivable.
Prepare the Exhibition shipments and required Exports Documents.
Prepare the Listing Documents and Files for the New Customers.
Follow up the near Expiry items and return the items on the time.
