What You'll Do
- Perform investigations and make recommendations to relevant stakeholders using guidelines
- Complete data and Root cause Analysis and provide corrective and preventive action items
- May present findings to stakeholders
- Identify and share trends, insights, defects & areas of improvement to share w/stakeholders
- Participate in discussions to share best practices with partners, agents, and stakeholders
- Follow procedures and process paths to complete key tasks
What You'll Need
- Min 6 months experience with Risk and Compliance/Fraud background (preferred)
- The candidate should be B2 Level or above in the English language both written and spoken!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to operate with minimal oversight, comfortable navigating new and challenging situations/processes; displays emergent leadership
- Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and follow-through on task
- Must work well in a team environment, contributing to a collaborative work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve support practices
- Experience presenting information and facilitating meetings
