Specialist - Instructional Design

Job Purpose

The Specialist – Instructional Design is responsible for developing technical training proposals and course materials in Arabic.

Required Qualification

1

  • Formal training in instructional design and/or adult learning (recommended).

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • International HR Certificate (CHRM, ECHRBS, SPHRi…) is preferred.

  • MBA or other Master’s Degree is preferred.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational courses, reviewing scholarly publications, establishing professional networks.

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (Arabic native speaker is required).

Major Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop training outcomes, objectives and outlines in both languages “Arabic & English”
  • Develop professional training materials “commmon soft skills” in both languages “Arabic & English”
  • Make sure that training materials meet client requirements and expectations
  • Develop trachnical training proposals in both languages “Arabic & English”
  • Coordintae internally with concerned department to finalize the technical training proposals
  • Search, interview, sellect, on-board and manage trainers.
  • Active talent (LinkedIn and Google) research of suitable trainers for the requested topic/area.
  • Evaluate qualifications of potential trainers including: corporate and training experience, experience in the requested topic/area, education, etc.
  • Establish communication with trainers through LinkedIN requests and/or introductory emails; introduce them to Leoron and connect them to Senior colleagues. TL / Sr ID Specialist conducts interviews, until the Planner is trained to take over the entire recruitment process.
  • Conduct screening and interviews.
  • Assess trainers’ course delivery and used methodology.
  • Trainer management.
  • Create and manage trainers’ calendars for public and in-house courses.
  • Update calendars on regular basis in coordination with the trainers (1-2 per month).
  • Serve as main contact point for sales and id colleagues, regarding the trainers’ availability.
