Our client is an independent creative agency that designs immersive venues, gathers original content, develops compelling experience around live audiences, and organize interconnected campaigns.
They are currently looking for an
HR Coordinator. This a
2-month temporary role in
Al Ain.
As HR Coordinator you are one of the first People contacts for our production team. You assist the HR Manager with hiring and onboarding of the team required for the production. You assist the Sr. Manager, HR, Visa, Travel +Accommodations with all visa requirements. You are well versed in dealing with all client groups and are
approachable and a trusted team member by all.
Skillset:
- Organised so that all processes are clear, and any
documentation is accessible and easy to source.
- Attention To Detail is key to ensuring all hiring and visa details
are accurately maintained and updated.
- Time Management skills are essential in managing own time,
deadlines and any requirement changes and tracking
spreadsheets, etc.
- Discretion is key as you work with confidential information.
- Microsoft Office excellent/advanced excel capabilities.
- Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Accreditation knowledge of and experience with
Accreditation systems and requirements a definite advantage.
Role Focus:
- Assist finalizing of offers to production staff.
- Upon receiving signed offers, assist with communicating
new hires information to the Finance team for obtaining
Purchase Orders.
- Communicate with all production team hires to deliver
their Purchase Orders, Invoicing and Expenses policies,
and visa requirements, etc.
- Manage People Onboarding for all hires (ie: email setup, drop box access, etc.)
- Provide Onboarding sessions to new hires and welcome
emails and explaining the process
- Communicate production team details to the
Operations/Accreditation team for event accreditation.
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets required.
- Maintain Production Timesheets, per NPO request,
working with department HODs/representatives to
obtain details.
- Problem solving for HR and Visas.
- Other duties as required.
