Job Description

  • Protect and ensure proper use of supplies in the housing area under his/her responsibility.
  • Provide accommodation for employees entitled to housing and ensure that no other person except for those granted such entitlement stay in the housing.
  • Provide supplies to employees entitled to housing and charge responsibility of these supplies.
  • Ensure the cleaning of the housing.
  • Protect the housing against fires and ensure full safety.
  • Prevent individuals staying at the housing from harming the environment and causing any inconvenience.
  • Immediately identify any needs and breakdowns in the housing and report them to his/her manager.
  • Keep lists of persons staying at the housing, plan their accommodation and ensure that the housing is used in the most efficient manner possible.
  • Report any personnel that violate the housing rules to his/her manager.
  • Report daily to his/her manager.
  • Take delivery of supplies handed over to employees that are leaving and ensure that they sign the exit document.
  • As an employee, set an example to other employees with his/her behaviour, conduct and appearance.
  • Prepare the rooms in the housing area beforehand.
  • Change the dirty pillow covers and bed sheets of employees on the days determined by the hotel management.
  • Ensure that foreign persons and relatives of employees are not allowed to stay in the housing without the management’s approval.
  • Ensure security and peace in the housing.
  • Carry the full set of spare keys for the rooms.
  • Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.

Qualifications

  • Education: At least a primary school diploma.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the related field.
  • Foreign Language: Knowledge of Turkish and Arabic to communicate effectively with employees.
  • Courses and Training: Sufficient theoretical and practical background. Prior attendance in courses and seminars in the field.
  • Computer Literacy: Not required.
  • Skills: Expected to possess detailed and comprehensive knowledge of systems/legislation in the related field and offer consulting to other employees when needed.
