How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will be responsible for the operations and distribution activities to our boutiques and point of sales in the region with the overall goal of enhancing our client experience and achieving operational excellence. You will lead a team of operations specialists in charge of distribution and relationships with multiple markets within our region whilst working closely with key business stakeholders in commercial, marketing, supply planning and logistics. In this role you will foster client centricity through operational excellence and collaboration, lead commercial and marketing relationships, maintain and communicate KPIs with stakeholders, promote a data driven decision making approach at all times and strive for high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency.

How will you experience success with us?

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients - Arabic is a plus but not essential. You bring a minimum of 7 years experience in Supply Chain working in an international organization, preferably in FMCG or retail and have people management experience to lead a team with inspiring leadership. You are natually analytical, strong in using dashboards and Power BI reporting as well as excellent Excel and SAP skills.
