We’re hiring a Remote Customer Support Specialist for a US Client!
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a Contact Center role (e.g., SME, Floor Walker, CS Lead)
- Fluent English with no accent
- Open to graduates and dropouts
- Strong customer support, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Work Conditions/Benefits:
- 5 working days/week (rotational)
- 24/7 rotating shifts every 2 weeks
- $4/hour, paid monthly via Payoneer
- Fully remote
