We’re hiring a Remote Customer Support Specialist for a US Client!

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a Contact Center role (e.g., SME, Floor Walker, CS Lead)
  • Fluent English with no accent
  • Open to graduates and dropouts
  • Strong customer support, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills


Work Conditions/Benefits:

  • 5 working days/week (rotational)
  • 24/7 rotating shifts every 2 weeks
  • $4/hour, paid monthly via Payoneer
  • Fully remote
