What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and nurture a customer-centric culture across all departments, ensuring their alignment with and support of store operations.
  • Drive business growth within the assigned region, actively impacting KPIs and financial objectives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting continuous growth on retail excellence and operations.
  • Work closely with the HR department to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier professionals who align with our client-centric vision, ensuring the success and growth of our retail performance.
  • Implement coaching activities to foster team growth and development while promoting internal career paths that leverage the talents and diversity within our people, thereby enhancing our teams and maximizing their potential.
  • Oversee and enhance store operational efficiency, optimizing processes and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the Merchandising Department to identify and implement the optimal product strategy for your areas of responsibility, guaranteeing that our retail offerings are perfectly tailored to customer needs and regional market trends.
  • Implement and manage effective CRM strategies to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships, resulting in increased retention and sales.
  • Support directors with local PR events in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Team.
  • Ensure all retail operations adhere to legal and company regulations, promoting a culture of compliance and accountability.
  • Define monthly sales targets for each store while ensuring that the individual targets assigned by store managers to sales associates are both qualitatively and appropriately challenging, fostering a results-driven and customer-centric sales environment.
  • Develop and manage the retail budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
  • Guarantee financial results of the store through effective management of turnover, stock and personnel costs.
  • Continuously assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business strategies.
  • Travel to different stores, support store managers and store directors on the definition of their store action plans consistently on the regional strategy. Regularly follow up on the store action plans.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Experience within the UAE and/or KSA fashion retail market is required for this position.
  • Experience in leading multiple fashion retail store locations and/or a Flagship Fashion retail store, within the Middle East.
  • Being Inclusive and adapting your approach with diverse cultures across the Middle East
  • Our retail managers oversee multiple locations across the UAE and KSA.
  • Result Driven, Customer Centric mindset with the experience in developing and Engaging Team Members
  • Demonstrating Personal Resilience and Adapting to Change
  • Valid UAE Driving license for travel across stores in the UAE.
  • Fluency in the Arabic language would be an added benefit for this role.
