M42 is proud to announce its strategic investment partnership with the UAE Ministry of Defence to operate and manage Zayed Military Hospital in Al Batayeh, Sharjah.


This collaboration will bring world-class healthcare services to over three million residents in the UAE’s northern regions, including military personnel and their families.


M42 will integrate leading healthcare providers such as the Imperial College London Diabetes Centre, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, and Healthpoint, ensuring access to specialized, precise, and preventative care. M42 is set to officially commence full-scale operations at Zayed Military Hospital, in early 2025.



About the Opportunity:


As the Manager of Revenue Cycle Management, you’ll play a vital role in optimizing revenue processes, improving claims quality, and ensuring operational efficiency. You’ll drive revenue integrity, manage claims and denials, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations to enhance the organization’s financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Claims Management: Lead the team to ensure the highest quality in claims submission and maximize reimbursements through effective coding practices. Provide ongoing training and support to staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the claims process.
  • Denial Management: Proactively identify root causes of claim denials, implementing corrective and preventive measures to reduce rejection rates. Collaborate with regulatory bodies and payers to resolve denials and recover lost revenue.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Regularly track and report department performance through detailed KPIs. Provide data-driven recommendations for improving revenue cycle operations and highlight potential risks to the executive leadership team.
  • Operations, Compliance & Audits: Ensure strict adherence to coding and billing standards, healthcare regulations, and privacy laws. Lead the department in preparing for external audits and ensure all records meet audit standards.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field. A Bachelor of Medicine or similar degree is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in hospital or group revenue cycle management (RCM). Prior experience in both provider and payer processes is highly desirable.
