We are seeking an experienced Utilities Sales Engineer Leader to join our team in Dubai.

This role will fully focus on enabling cross functional collaboration across ME Cluster to achieve and deliver Utilities End-to End profit for the zone. Key responsibility will be to connect and collaborate with CSO Leaders as well as Country Sales managers to coordinate and utilise best practices to deliver segment targets across the board. This role will be responsible for profit and loss for specialised "Segment" while leading, engage and motivate cluster & CSO's according to the Eaton Leadership Model requirements.

What You’ll Do

  • Your key focus will be to sustain with aim to expanding sales and customer relationships within Utilities segment and customers active in renewable segment. Key areas will be Eaton Medium Voltage, Transformers, xStorage, Low Voltage offers as well as software, field and other services.
  • Provide, build and maintain market competitive analysis, aligned to local segments and Utility market specifics on monthly bases. Ensure Segment data are provided to CSO & Cluster leaders for quarterly and annual analysis. Support with CSR all relevant points for country Profit plan relating to relevant segment within Zone Cluster. Ensure accurate and timely input for strategic segment plan for future growth. Responsible for ensuring a reliable forecasting and clear reporting for regional and CSO & Cluster leaders.
  • Develop, agree and implement short, medium and long-term strategic plans aligned with CSO & Cluster leaders. This plan should define targeted accounts assigned for quarterly targets. Develop and partner with key stakeholders across CSO & Clusters and ensure alliance with EMEA zone as interactive strategic partner. Continuously improve and implement world-class segment processes (incl. systems, metrics, hiring and skill-set development) to enable each CSOs & Clusters to achieve annual targets.
  • Enhance and support cultural change to modernise SE zone by leading and supporting CSO & Cluster Leaders and sales professionals. Ensure development of Sales growth ecosystem: Define & implement (internal teams + partners/Kiosk). Develop Hunter and Value selling teams.
  • Develop and Coach the sales and application engineers.
  • You will be accountable for Utility segment sales results and its impact on SE Zone. You are also give responsibility for proposing and negotiating project conditions that will enable SE zone to expand and on board customers with alliance with Local CSO. You are required to be reliable interface between customers and ES Zone leveraging relevant functions and stakeholders as and when required to maximizing results; Regular and special reports on important market information and a monthly forecast will be requested. Prepare with Utility teams content for Deal review and manage the approvale with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain, regulate and adjust to deliver your commitment to the company’s sales processes with strong collaboration with local and cluster leaders. Align with full compliance with business code of ethics. Enables cross division cooperation leading the region towards the segment goals.
  • Provide strategic overview to CSO leaders and Zone leaders to enable zone profitability and growth. Successfully adapt technology, process and sales strategies to match the overall growth for Segment leadership within ME Cluster. Own ambitious Utility PtW and Growthframework.
  • Few key accounts for the ME Cluster.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a plus if as well MBA or Business Administration studies.
  • Strong experience in sales and business management.
  • Experience with Utility customers, having a strong Electrical industry understanding.
  • Team leadership experience.
