We are currently looking for a passionate and experience Digital Consultants to join our expanding Organization Excellence team with experience in implementing transformative solutions that align with client’s business objectives. You will have the opportunity to support in the business within multiple sectors (both public and private) across the MEA region.

Position Summary

Your key focus will be to lead day-to-day activity on our engagements, building our Organization Excellence business and developing the team. The role require frequent travel to UAE/KSA.

Technical Competencies

  • Digital Strategy Development: Work with clients to evaluate their existing digital landscape and create digital transformation strategies by conducting thoroughly understanding current application and data architecture
  • IT Governance: Provide guidance on IT governance frameworks and best practices to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Data Engineering: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to enable data modelling, consolidation and visualization to drive informed decision-making and support business objectives.
  • Application Solutions: Design and implement application solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Agile Methodologies: Facilitate Agile practices and workshops, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within client teams.
  • Emerging Technologies: Identify and implement innovative technologies such as AI, Process Mining, RPA, IoT, Smart Cities, Blockchain and Industry 4.0 to enhance client operations and competitiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and buy-in for digital initiatives.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to client teams to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Project Management

  • Steer project execution to deliver agreed upon service aligned with client expectations.
  • Project Manage all aspects of time, cost and quality for our consulting projects.
  • Manage stakeholders and drive alignment and buy-in for across our projects.
  • Build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients in leading roles.
  • Build strong internal relationships across the AtkinsRéalis business.

Win Work

  • Assist service line leadership in identifying business development opportunities with current and potential clients.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals to win work and expand the service line.
  • Identify opportunities for new and integrated services, bringing the best from our global business and technical domains to our clients in the middle east and beyond.

Practice Building & Development

  • Contribute to positioning our Consulting and strategic advisory services across the Middle East through thought leadership development and social media presence.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and training to junior staff.
  • Lead people-related initiatives including recruiting and retaining consulting professionals.
  • Be a champion for ED&I initiatives.

Education

  • Educated to Degree qualified level or equivalent qualification or experience, degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management or other related fields is preferable.

Professional Experience / Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ of similar experience in key digital skills such as Data engineering, Cybersecurity, AI and delivering large scale organization transformations.
  • Experience in the built environment or capital project delivery would be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IT methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices, with relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and Customer Relationship Management tools (Salesforce, Oracle CRM) etc. is preferred.
