Responsible
- Handles day to day petty cash reimbursement and timely recording in system.
- Check to fund the petty cash drawer and make the appropriate accounting entries.
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
- Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit, generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
- Handles all kinds of payment for the vendors.
- Timely accrual of all related transactions.
- Manages daily financial and accounting tasks for businesses.
- Maintain accounting controls by following company’s policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Continuing to improve the payment process.
- Issuing AR Invoices on portal, following up on receiving payments.
- Preparing aging reports, and statements of Accounts.
- Proactively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives for the AR process.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Commerce - major Accounting (English Section preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing company in a computerized environment. (ERP experience is an advantage)
- Excellent user of computer application and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and preferably having experience on SAP financial module.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Very good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
