AN organisation has a job Opening for Sales and Marketing Director, Dubai

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

– Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.

– Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

– Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

– Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales contracts, ensuring maximum profitability.

– Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management.

– Actively participate in recruiting and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

– Knowledge of languages: English is a must (Arabic, Russian, and other languages are welcome and will be an advantage).

– Experience in the real estate industry in the UAE (minimum 2-5 years).

– In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

– A results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

– Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a sales team.
