Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with experience in Telesales and Presales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to coordinate sales efforts, and manage customer interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Telesales:
  • Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
  • Provide product/service information, answer inquiries, and follow up with leads.
  • Achieve sales targets by converting leads into potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Presales:
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and present solutions.
  • Assist in creating sales proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
  • Provide product demos and technical clarifications to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to ensure smooth handovers from presales to sales.
  • Sales Support:
  • Manage and update customer databases and sales reports.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales team.
  • Handle client follow-ups and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Support the sales team with any administrative tasks required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Telesales, Presales, or Sales Coordination.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
