CardoO is now looking for a Sales Promoters with the following responsibilities & requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell a comprehensive range of mobile accessories by engaging customers in a consultative manner, identifying their needs, and recommending tailored solutions.
Conduct informative product demonstrations that effectively highlight the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our mobile accessories, ensuring customers understand their value.
Maintain attractive and well-organized product displays in retail environments, ensuring all merchandise is adequately stocked, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with retail staff and management to facilitate collaboration, enhance product visibility, and drive sales initiatives.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends, providing actionable insights to management for strategy refinement.
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings, contributing to the development of effective sales strategies.
Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and in-store demonstrations to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business.

Job Requirements:

2 to 3 years of experience in sales or promotional roles, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the consumer electronics or mobile accessories market.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
Proven ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Strong understanding of mobile accessories, including industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
Proficiency in using mobile devices and technology, with the ability to quickly learn about new products and features.
