We are seeking a Receptionist who is fluent in Arabic with experience in the field to join our clients team in Al-Ayn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and respond to inquiries in both Arabic and English.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and ensure clients receive timely updates.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Assist customers by directing them to the appropriate department or person.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Provide information to clients regarding services and processes.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling tools).
