We are seeking a
Receptionist who is fluent in
Arabic with experience in the field to join our clients team in
Al-Ayn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and respond to inquiries in both Arabic and English.
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure clients receive timely updates.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Assist customers by directing them to the appropriate department or person.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Provide information to clients regarding services and processes.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling tools).
