With a multicultural team of experts, the Bvlgari Boutique is sharing Bvlgari’s Roman traditions, warmth and heritage with our guests coming from all over the world and visiting or residing in Dubai.



MISSION

  • Actively participate in the development of the organization and business in the region by building trust-based relationships with all stakeholders, both externally and internally (in Dubai HQ and other boutiques).
  • Leverage your deep understanding of Bvlgari’s high jewelry heritage to drive the expansion of the high jewelry business, engaging luxury clients and curating exclusive experiences.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team that embraces accountability and aligns with the brand’s strategic vision for growth in the region.
  • Your business acumen and understanding of luxury retail will empower your team to deliver sales targets and provide guests with unique, memorable experiences.
  • Guide the team’s development through active coaching, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Embrace a culture of innovation and adaptability, proposing new ways of working and implementing initiatives in line with Bvlgari’s vision.



MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Business Management and High-End categories:

  • Manage the boutique to achieve sales objectives, store KPIs, and service excellence, spending significant time on the shop floor with the sales team and clients.
  • Play a critical role in defining and executing business action plans, particularly for high jewelry and VIP clientele, ensuring the boutique meets its targets.
  • Develop strategies to increase high jewelry sales by collaborating with headquarters and providing tailored services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Team Management:

  • Lead by example, constantly coaching and developing the sales team to deliver a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
  • Implement a structured team development plan, ensuring each team member has opportunities for growth in selling techniques, brand knowledge, and luxury expertise.
  • Foster an inclusive environment where all team members can contribute ideas, develop professionally, and participate in creating an exceptional client experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales Trainers to create tailored training programs, including high jewelry expertise, client relationship building, and brand storytelling.
  • Drive employee engagement through recognition, feedback, and team-building initiatives, ensuring the team is motivated and aligned with Bvlgari’s core values.

Client Management:

  • Proactively recruit new high-net-worth clients, hosting exclusive events and developing personalized relationships to expand the high jewelry business.
  • Ensure your team actively participates in social and marketing events, fostering connections with existing clients and attracting new opportunities.
  • Nurture long-lasting relationships with high jewelry clients, leveraging a personalized clienteling approach to offer unmatched service in-store and beyond.

Master of the House:

  • Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation, including visual merchandising, product assortment, and after-sales services, ensuring the boutique reflects Bvlgari’s excellence.
  • Ensure seamless boutique operations, including stock management, safety, and compliance with company norms and procedures.
  • Promote the use of digital tools to create a frictionless client experience, integrating innovative solutions to enhance service quality.

Market Knowledge:

  • Maintain profound knowledge of the local luxury market, including competitor activities, high jewelry trends, and emerging opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Build strong connections with the luxury community in Dubai, positioning Bvlgari as a leader in high jewelry and expanding the brand’s reach.



TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • In-depth knowledge of store procedures, luxury retail processes, and high jewelry sales.
  • Expertise in digital processes and omnichannel initiatives to enhance the client journey.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury and high jewelry business, with a focus on ultra-luxury clients and services.
