Take full ownership/responsibility and ensure that all back office processes from customer order receipt to payment receipt.

Adherence to and compliance with all BASF guidelines and procedures.
Strategic and Operational Responsibilities:
Order processing of all transaction type orders and order confirmations to customers.
Coordination with sales for Order Backlog Management.
Proactive order monitoring and keeping customers updated with regular information pertaining to orders and shipments.
Preparation and organization of any kind of necessary license and registration documents to have the orders released.
Receivables Management: Monitoring customer over dues, resolving account
Follow up of the transport phases from the system and also with the local agencies of the carriers and keeping the customers updated
Follow up of the documentation and managing the corrections if needed
Posting of the docs to the customer as per the payment term
Process Non Conformances (NCM) as agreed with the related Sales Dept.
Regular information exchange with sales departments
Files all relevant documents
Consolidation of monthly forecasts for BCT region
Update of APO system
Monthly reports prepared for sales
Reporting extraordinary situations
Acting as the back-up of sales executives
Preparation of price offers, documentation in relevant systems, follow-up and update of dealer/customer price lists, preparation of necessary documents for tender
Follow-up of samples’ results (business potential)
Creation of new customer data, world account registrations, coface limit applications of new customers
Preparation and organization of annual import & export license and registration documents (Health certificates, CEP, DMF, etc)
Coordination of departmental exhibition/customer events, internal events, promotional and PR related activities
Coordination of customer surveys
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification
3-5 years of working experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
Excellent IT Literacy level. (SAP User)
Fluent English (written and oral)
Strong interpersonal/organizational skills
