Process Engineer

Are you passionate about creating and maintaining optimized production processes? We are looking for a talented Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure the highest product quality and quantity focusing on Right First Time production and maintaining stable throughput times.

This position shall based in our factory which is located at 10th of Ramadan and will report to the Quality Control & Process Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Creating formulations for products with specific, optimized process parameters.
• Updating and modifying formulations as required by Group R&D.
• Providing daily support and coaching to production operators for process optimization.
• Optimizing recipes to maintain competitiveness in the local market within the framework of Regional and Global Research & Development.
• Offering technical support and collaborating closely with maintenance.
• Monitoring process and quality deviations, investigating product complaints, and evaluating the need for improvements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

What we look for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or in a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing concern.
• Experience in the paint industry is preferable.
