Coordinates & manages leadership's meetings, creates agendas, records meeting minutes calendar and paperwork, in a timely and accurate manner.
Handles and keep up with office supply inventory.
Demonstrate a smooth communication between the Cluster Regional Director , all stakeholders & the whole company employees.
Responsible for renewal and negotiation of annual hotel contracts ensuring that the best rate and service are rendered to the company.
Assist the affiliate in maintaining the business excellence levels by ensuring proper record accuracy.
Negotiation and maintaining vendors relationship with the affiliate.
Responsible for arranging joined employees’ meetings such as Mega meetings and trainings.
Support and supervise direct reports through continuous coaching and performance evaluation feedback.
Job Requirements
7-10 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Proficiency in English language
Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
Effective communication/ negotiation skills
Digital & Technology friendly user.
Innovative for better execution.
Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
