    • Collaborate with the product team to track responses and contribute to future improvements.
    • Become knowledgeable in pet health, care, and wellness to better assist customers.
    • Participate in cross-functional projects, gaining exposure to areas such as customer insights, user experience, and operations.
    • Embody and reflect our company values in all interactions and initiatives.
