Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure that work is being carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the project manager to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Manage and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
• Keep accurate records of construction progress, materials, and equipment.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Good understanding of budgeting and resource allocation.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Health and safety certification is a plus.
