What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
- Responding to requests and handling technical issues for web & Mobile Applications for more than one country
- Troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Writing and audit the scripts before applying to production
- Manage the changes, requests to roll out
- report bugs and follow with development team the bug fixing
- Manual/automatic Testing for mobile and waeb applications
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Up to 3 years of experience in software support or a related field
- Strong understanding of software applications, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Software Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the software or applications being supported, including their functionalities, common issues, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge in Fundamentals of GCPor Azure is a must.
- Preferred: Experience in SQL & Pl/sql, writing complex queries and tuning SQL is a must.
- Knowledge of application servers, Database Administration is a Plus.
- Basic knowledge of programming (like: Java) can be advantageous.
- Knowledge in Unix or Linux administration is a Plus.
- Knowledge in Database like (Mysql,Mongo,Oracle).
- Strong Problem-Solving and analytical skills
- Strong Customer management service skills
