For our Regional Delivery Center in Alexandria, Egypt, we are looking for a:

Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)

You support the companies of the All for One Group with compliance issues and contribute to the development of our group-wide management systems.

MORE THAN A JOB - THAT'S WAITING FOR YOU:

• Continuous development and design of the integrated compliance and risk management system with company-wide penetration
• Monitoring relevant legal developments and compliance trends (sustainability, artificial intelligence, etc.) and deriving measures with regard to our group-wide processes\
• Conceptual development of interactive and innovative training, creation of guidelines, and selection of tools for the compliance and risk management system
• Coordination and implementation of training and awareness measures
• Handling incoming compliance inquiries and reports through our group-wide whistleblowing system (case management)
• Coordination with relevant stakeholders from the departments
• Support in the implementation and documentation of our risk management processes
• Conducting compliance projects and participating in cross-departmental projects as a representative for the compliance department
• Promoting the compliance and risk culture within the company, especially through development of target group-specific communication
• Close collaboration with the Legal, Internal Audit, Data Protection, and Information Security Management departments
• Support in the preparation of appropriate reporting to the board, committees, and authorities

YOUR PASSION – WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• You have successfully completed a degree in law or business law and ideally have additional qualifications in the field of compliance
• Experience in the implementation of compliance or risk management systems in companies is desirable but not a requirement
• You possess high analytical skills and the ability to understand and prioritize complex content
• A high degree of responsibility, conscientiousness, and loyalty are natural for you
• We can expect consulting skills and a service-oriented approach from you
• With your confident demeanor, empathy, and strong communication skills, you also convince difficult stakeholders
• You are able to communicate complex topics clearly and in a target group-oriented manner
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work is your strength
• You have excellent organizational and planning skills and are a strong team player

• Very good English skills, both written and spoken, are required in our international team. German skills are desirable but not a must.
