We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Management Associate to manage and grow our online presence. This role requires an individual skilled in content creation, analytics, and engagement strategies, with a focus on B2B and B2C audiences.

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels, create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
  • Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement, manage a budget for social media activities
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification
  • Set up and optimize pages within each platform to increase the visibility of social content
  • Monitor and analyse engagement metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media activities with business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in social media management, particularly within B2B and B2C sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of social media tools and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.
