NOK Human Capital is hiring a "Receptionist" for one of the biggest global leaders in the distribution and formulation of speciality chemicals and ingredients.

Located in New Cairo.

Job Responsibilities:

1-First point of contact for all visitors and clients to greet and Welcome Visitors.

2-Answer and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

3-Coordinate courier services and manage incoming and outgoing mail.

4-Support HR and office manager with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation and collection, office organization.

5-Assist in meeting room management, ensuring they are available, clean, and ready for use before meetings, and arrange items for hospitality.

6-Monitor office and kitchen supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure nothing is missing.

7-Assist in office activities and external events preparation such as arranging giveaways and order needed supplies.

8-Communicate with building security to arrange visitor and employee parking and address any security-related matters to the office manager.

9-Supervise the cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure the entire office is clean and presentable.

Job Requirments:

1-0-2 years of experience in same position.

2-Excellent communication skills, and strong organizational skills.

3-Positive and professional attitude.

4-V.good level of English.
