Job Summary:

As a Banking Call Center Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking information or assistance related to our banking products and services. You will handle inbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and resolve inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls: Answer incoming calls from customers professionally and courteously.
  • Provide customer support: Address customer inquiries and concerns related to banking products and services, such as accounts, loans, credit cards, and online banking.
  • Resolve customer issues: Identify and resolve customer problems promptly and effectively, using appropriate problem-solving techniques.
  • Promote bank products: Cross-sell and upsell banking products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records: Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated with bank policies, procedures, and product offerings.


Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required

  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry
