Workshop Controller

Our client is looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to manage the efficient operations of their automotive workshop in Al-Ain. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional team where you will oversee the workflow and ensure that high standards of service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations within the workshop.
• Assign tasks to technicians, ensuring efficient use of skills and time.
• Monitor job progress to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Act as a liaison between service advisors, technicians, and the parts department.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any workflow issues or delays.
• Maintain productivity and ensure workshop targets are met.

• Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or in a similar role in the automotive sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Technical understanding of automotive repairs and service procedures.
