Role Overview

As a BI Engineer at MaxAB, you’ll be instrumental in transforming raw data into insightful reports and dashboards that drive decision-making across the organization. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, build scalable data models, and create analytics solutions that inform business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into insightful dashboards and reports.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting frameworks that help in tracking business goals.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Optimize queries and data pipelines to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Stay up to date with the latest BI tools and technologies, continuously improving processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau, Metabase, or PowerBI.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Knowledge in building data pipelines using tools like dbt, Airflow, or similar.
• Understanding of data modeling techniques and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
