Job Purpose
To overview all Maintenance Activities related to the Job Description.
Lead the Maintenance Team for the Buildings and Facilities in Cairo Metro Line 3.
Profil De Candidat Recherché
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:-
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
- Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
- Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate work
- To ensure all environmental and safety rules are respected and alert Executive Maintenance of any environmental and safety issue.
- To undertake any other duties as assigned.
- Manage resources of maintenance activities.
- Comply with maintenance and safety standards and regulations.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree (Mechanical engineering).
- General technical knowledge.
- Team Management.
- Railway knowledge (Optional).
- EAM such Maximo.
- Spent at minimum 5 years in the maintenance environment and project.
- Have an experience in the change management culture
- Have an experience in the improvement methods and quality DESIRED BEHAVIORS
- Management skills
- Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.)
- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
- Team Player
- Ability to communicate with staff of all levels
- Ability to supervise and control
- Possess analytical and critical ability

- Negotiation and decision-making ability
- Innovative, creative and strategic thinking
- Possess self-drive and enthusiasm
- Problem solving ability
- English - fluent in speaking, reading and Arabic is a must
