Tasks

Marketing And Sales Management

  • Conduct spare part market potential analysis
  • Define annual dealer spare part targets / negotiate targets
  • Follow up of MB Egypt and dealer spare part sales performance on parts / marketing code basis and define actions on selling / non-selling parts.
  • Coordinate daily spare part sales and discount management activities such as parts packages, one-time deals, etc.
  • Secure sales stock/ marketing stock
  • Provide dealer sales consulting at spare part tenders

Spare Part Pricing

  • Conduct / Coordinate market benchmark studies on product pricing
  • Secure pricing structure according to pricing strategy agreed among HQ-Regional Center-MB Eg
  • Run monthly / quarterly / yearly price simulations
  • Market Parts Pricing
  • Coordinate / Report pricing data with logistics system coordination, controlling, and management.
  • Define dealer parts discount structure.

Accessories & Collection Items

  • Develop marketing and sales tools including sales channels and online sales for accessories & collection items
  • Process MB Collection orders through various channels such as the Giftery, Souq.com, .. etc.
  • Develop and design technical accessories packages
  • Develop and design campaigns for sales push
  • Stock control
  • Internal sales push and coordination
  • Conduct market analysis on potential spare part products
  • Decide on current, potential, and drop assortment
  • Follow up selected spare part product portfolio performance
  • Follow up / report sales per vehicle and accessories annual turnover.

Spare Parts Product Management

  • Conduct Market Analysis on potential spare part products
  • Decide on current, potential and drop assessments
  • Follow up on selected spare parts product portfolio performance
  • Plan/ Monitor EBiT.

Projects

  • Develop/ Support spare part marketing strategies.

Reporting

  • Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly management reporting of spare part sales performance such as turnover, gross profit, EBiT, etc.
  • Bonus module calculations for dealers & issuance of payments,

Planning

  • Develop wholesale business plan (OP, 1EA & 2EA)
  • Develop, monitor and follow up with Dealers business plan (OP, 1EA & 2EA)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 5-7 years of experience in spare parts pricing, product, marketing and sales management.
  • Good analytical capabilities is a must
  • Reporting and analytical capabilities
  • Previous exposure to spare parts marketing and sales management
  • Knowledge of MB Spare Parts system
  • Experience in departmental and personnel management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent Negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer orientation skills
