Tugger Operator – 1st shift $16.50/hr

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring experienced Tugger Operator for our client in the automotive industry located in Winchester, TN.

Start date: ASAP!

Pay rate: $16.50/hr

Shifts: 1st Mon – Fri (6:30 am – 5:00 pm)

Monday – Friday

Location: Winchester, TN

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tugger to transport materials and products within a warehouse or manufacturing facility.
• Efficiently load and unload goods from the tugger, ensuring that items are secure and properly organized.
• Perform pre-operation checks and regular maintenance on the tugger to ensure it is in safe working condition.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to minimize accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other operators to ensure timely and efficient movement of materials.
• Document material movements, including inventory counts and delivery confirmations, as required.
• Help with inventory tracking and management to support warehouse operations.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as sorting, stacking, and organizing products.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a tugger or similar equipment is often required.
• Forklift or tugger operation certification may be required, depending on company policies.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure safe handling and transport of materials.
• Good verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during material transport.
• Stable work history
• Pass Pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Must be able to stand for 8-12 hours.
