Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests.
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met, including housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge services.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
- Accountable for cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, night audits tasks and settlement upon Guests’ departure.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Experience Opera software is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
