The IT Assistant is responsible for administering and monitoring the hotel’s IT systems, providing technical support to both staff and guests. This role ensures smooth operation of all IT applications and resources within the hotel, manages software and hardware assets, and conducts preventive maintenance to maintain system integrity and functionality.
Responsibilities
Executive Support
Provide daily IT support to colleagues and guest IT requests.
IT Support Management
Respond to guest and colleague IT requests promptly, ensuring high-quality support.
Assist with routine IT tasks and checklists to ensure operational consistency.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Audio and Visual Support
Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance for AV equipment.
Provide technical support for meetings, events and Restaurants ensuring smooth execution.
Project Management
Follow up on assigned project tasks, ensuring timely completion and collaboration with the IT team.
Cybersecurity and Compliance
Conduct routine checks and follow up on security operation tasks, supporting the hotel’s cybersecurity posture.
