Job Title: HR Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- HR Administration:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including maintaining employee records and processing documentation.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates.
- HRIS Management:
- Enter and update employee data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Generate reports and assist in analyzing HR metrics using the HRIS.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Assist with the offboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Employee Support:
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 0-1 year of experience in an HR role, with exposure to HRIS systems.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
