Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration:
    • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including maintaining employee records and processing documentation.
    • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates.
  • HRIS Management:
    • Enter and update employee data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
    • Generate reports and assist in analyzing HR metrics using the HRIS.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding:
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and ensuring a smooth transition.
    • Assist with the offboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Employee Support:
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
    • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 0-1 year of experience in an HR role, with exposure to HRIS systems.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

Secondary : Experience with HR software, understanding of labor laws
