Position Summary

As a Nespresso Boutique Senior Coffee Specialist, you will serve as an Ambassador of the Nespresso Brand, providing exceptional customer service, promoting the Nespresso experience, and supporting customers throughout their journey. You will advise and serve Club Members, offering tailored guidance on Nespresso products and services while maintaining Boutique standards. This role contributes to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly Boutique sales objectives through excellence in the Nespresso Selling Ceremony, Tasting Rituals, and product knowledge.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

Customer Service and Sales

  • Deliver the Nespresso Selling Ceremony to welcome, engage, and serve customers.
  • Present the Boutique offerings, sharing comprehensive knowledge about Nespresso products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and personalized Nespresso Tasting Rituals to encourage Club Members to explore our full product range.
  • Tailor interactions to Club Members' individual needs and preferences, supporting a personalized experience that enhances customer satisfaction.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain a safe and visually appealing Boutique, aligning with Nespresso's operational standards.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and support reconciliation processes as required.
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental guidelines, ensuring adherence to Nespresso's protocols.

Product Knowledge and After-Sales Support

  • Guide customers through machine troubleshooting and suggest solutions.
  • Facilitate machine replacements and repairs as needed.
  • Continually update personal product knowledge to stay current with Nespresso's latest offerings.

Performance Metrics

  • Meet and exceed Boutique KPIs, including customer satisfaction scores, mystery shopping results, and CRM data accuracy.
  • Support Boutique targets by ensuring high-quality service and proactively seeking customer feedback.

  • Experience - 2-3 years direct customer-facing roles within retail or a luxury environment.
