Manager- Financial Reporting to join our growing Finance team at Presight.
Responsibilities
- Preparing the Group Consolidation and ensuring that the Group’s periodic consolidated financial statements comply with requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) and UAE law.
- Preparation of periodic Group’s consolidated financial statements.
- Coordinate with respective teams to review Division wise financial results on a monthly basis, analyze the numbers reported. Review of monthly balance sheet Ensure that revenue recognition is made in accordance with IFRSs.
- Coordination with Group’s subsidiaries for monthly review of the reported financial results.
- Providing technical accounting support to Core Finance team and BUs within the group.
- Preparation of accounting papers for the critical accounting matters. Coordination with auditors to discuss and agree the appropriate accounting.
- Liaising with external auditors for the audit of the consolidated and standalone financial statements including technical accounting matters.
- Assist in establishing financial performance measures (financial KPIs) to determine and evaluate the Group's financial performance and monitor progress.
- Assist in preparation of management reports/presentation to be provided to Company’s executives, shareholders, and the Board.
- Manage the monthly and year-end closing process, prepare and provide the quarterly and year-end financial statements to management as required.

Qualifications
- Experience in relevant field for more than 10 years in IFRS, consolidation and financial reporting
- CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles in line with IFRS 15 is a key requirement.
- Experience working with Big 4 audit firms and leading independent audit assignments.
- Proficient in coordinating independently with auditors on complex accounting matters, including discussions and agreement on appropriate accounting treatments. This includes overseeing group consolidated financial statements, revenue recognition processes, and auditing of reporting data and schedules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within the finance team (e.g., Taxation, FP&A) as well as cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Projects, Investor Relations).
