Job Purpose

Support in developing and administering procurement plans and processes for work associated with obtaining goods and services for all types of business processes including Indirect Operations and Direct Operations. Activities include product/service sourcing, supplier selection, pricing/terms negotiation, order processing, contract administration, and supplier performance management, identify and recommend best in class suppliers and maintain good relationships with those within the scope.

Key Tasks:


  • Support to develop and administer procurement business processes and plans to achieve greatest value contribution, benefit realization and efficiency from all procurement activities and ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting their demands in terms of quality, price and service
  • Collaborate sourcing of goods and services and transportation capacities in order to reduce costs and ensure quality and supply as needed by the business / function in scope
  • Participate in activities related to professional sourcing for key business initiatives, supply market research / intelligence to support business decisions in investments
  • Track sourcing opportunities and support management of strategic suppliers
  • Setup plans to obtain products & services required by the organization e.g. Office Supplies, Computers, Products for retail, etc.
  • Execute various procurement processes including products & service sourcing, supplier selection, pricing/terms negotiation, order processing, contract administration, supplier performance management, and strategic sourcing.

Qualifications & Key Requirements:


  • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualifications
  • Experience Level: 2 Years.
