Job Summary:The Head of HR / HR Director at ILLA will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This includes overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, HR policy development, organizational development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role requires driving cultural transformation, optimizing HR processes, and supporting company growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR leadership by developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with ILLA’s business goals. Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning efforts to ensure long-term business continuity. Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs and ensure a strong talent pipeline, while offering insights and recommendations on company policies, compliance, and best HR practices.
  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain high-caliber employees and develop employer branding strategies to position ILLA as an employer of choice. Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build a more inclusive workforce.
  • Design and implement a performance management system that supports employee development, career growth, and succession planning. Develop learning and development (L&D) programs to enhance employee skills and oversee the creation and maintenance of employee development plans (PDPs).
  • Review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Implement policies related to recruitment, compensation, performance reviews, employee relations, and terminations. Manage the employee handbook, ensuring all employees are onboarded with up-to-date policies.
  • Manage the compensation structure, including salary scales, bonus programs, and benefit packages. Ensure payroll is processed timely and align compensation strategies with market trends. Review and adjust policies related to salary increases, bonuses, and incentives to motivate employees and support business goals.
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture that aligns with ILLA’s values. Act as a point of contact for employees for HR-related matters and disputes. Develop and implement initiatives that drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, while mediating and resolving complex employee relations issues and supporting managers in dealing with performance and disciplinary matters.
  • Lead organizational development efforts to drive innovation and change within the company. Develop change management strategies to support business transitions and provide HR support and leadership during mergers, acquisitions, or expansions.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment, retention, employee satisfaction, and productivity. Provide regular reports to the executive team on HR strategy, workforce planning, and HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Experience in fast-paced, growing companies is a plus.
