We are currently hiring an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for multiple countries and business units across the market area Middle East & Africa. This role is based in Cairo, Egypt and is part of a multicultural team working across multiple countries in the Middle East and Africa.

What You Will Do
- Oversee the complete recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding for internal and external candidates. Conduct consultative intake meetings with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide market insights, and collaborate with the business to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Actively source and engage internal and external talent through various methods to build a robust talent pipeline. Coordinate and manage interviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Design competitive compensation packages, draft offer letters, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate and timely issuance of offers and contracts.
- Ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process for both hiring managers and candidates by providing timely updates, clear communication, and a structured interview process that reflects the organization’s values and commitment to a positive experience.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, ethics, and integrity standards throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote and implement Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives to attract and hire a diverse workforce.
- Adapt recruitment practices to meet country legislative target of localization ratio through non-conventional sourcing approach.
You will bring!
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of in-house recruitment experience in multinational environments. Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes in the Middle East and Africa region.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends. Proficient in sourcing active and passive talent using traditional and non-traditional methods, including platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and headhunting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and demonstrated effectiveness in multi-cultural and matrix organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver great experience to stakeholder.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural setting and matrix organization.
- Agile and adaptable with a proactive approach to overcome challenges and achieve recruitment goals.
