JOB TITLE
Human Capital Associate | MAF Retail | Head Office Egypt
Role Summary
The Human Capital Associate is responsible for assisting with business strategy pertaining to recruitment, talent management and staff development. The role holder is also responsible for assisting in standardizing and implementing Human Capital policies and procedures within the country.
ROLE PROFILE
- Manage employee social insurance records, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Work with selected service providers to achieve company needs.
- Monitor the proper documentation after implementation for audit purposes.
- Stay updated about relevant Human Capital Standard Management system (policies, procedures and forms).
- Conduct periodic employee engagement and internal customer satisfaction surveys.
- Work towards aligning procedures and forms required locally (e.g. legal requirements).
- Handle paperwork and formalities for resigning employees, including final settlements and exit documents.
- Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- 1-3 years in Human Capital Administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Time management and interpersenal skills.
- Presentation Skills.
- Proficiency in English.
