Main purpose of position

Currently we are looking for a HR Admin in Cairo, Egypt to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. As our HR Admin you will ensure professional and efficient HR service and support to both managers, employees and HR colleagues within various HR areas. And will be part of an ambitious global HR team and play and important role to ensure that Scatec is seen as a proactive, attractive and relevant employer

Main Responsibilities

Employee Relations and Workplace Practices


  • Assist in managing key stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Apply relevant labor laws and internal policies to ensure fair practices.
  • Promote a positive, motivating workplace by providing HR support and guidance.



Data Management and System Support


  • Maintain accurate data in HR systems, ensuring information is up-to-date and compliant.
  • Generate reports, provide data-driven insights, and assist in tracking HR metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Train and support colleagues in using HR systems efficiently.



Recruitment and Onboarding


  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
  • Ensure a structured onboarding experience for new hires, providing access to essential resources.



HR Operations and Process Implementation


  • Manage essential HR tasks such as employment contracts and consultancy agreements.
  • Provide guidance and support for relocations, work permits, and other regulatory matters.
  • Facilitate core HR processes, such as performance reviews, goal setting, and salary reviews, contributing to a cohesive, competence-driven culture. Ensure the employee handbook and HR procedures are up-to-date and accessible.



Qualifications And Competencies


  • Advanced diploma in Human Resource Management or similar
  • Min. 2 years’ general HR administration experience preferably in an international matrix organisation
  • Knowledge about Egyptian labor law
  • Excellent IT knowledge – familiar with HR system(s) and SharePoint
  • Excellent administrative skills, structured
  • Clear communication (both verbal and written) and people management skills
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
  • Organized and methodical – structured approach
  • Solution-oriented / problem-solver
  • Self-reliant and efficient
  • Flexible and adaptable with a “can-do” attitude
