An internship at L’Oréal Middle East will allow you to gain a strong professional experience, learn and connect with the best in-class in the industry! Come & join our HR team for a 6-12 months assignment. 

Role Description

TRAINING COURSE ORGANIZATION

  •  Register employees assigned to a training via our LMS (Learning Management System)
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to set up trainings
  • Send invites to the participants and do the necessary follow up

DEVELOP YOUR LEARNING EXPERTISE

  • Create a unique learning experience
  • Design & evaluate Learning Solutions
  • Leverage digital learning tools

COMMUNICATION MATERIALS

  •   Design creative communications to attract our employees to benefit from our learning solutions         

LEARNING NEEDS ANALYSIS

  • Support the Learning team in gathering and analyzing learning needs according to teams development priorities and learning strategy

BUDGET ADMINISTRATION

  • Track all learning POs and answer invoice queries
  • Work closely with the Learning Manager to monitor the total Learning budget

REPORTING & KPIs ANALYSIS

  • Analyze learning KPIs and update all trackers
  • Learning Dashboards update (monthly & quarterly basis)

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

  • Promote the performance management campaigns
  • Ensure a diligent follow-up & assistance to the employees

ONBOARDING NEWCOMERS

  • Animate the welcoming session to newcomers
  • Analyze the results of the onboarding survey & propose new ideas/initiatives to improve the onboarding experience

Job Requirements

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Creative mind, ability to innovate and bring new ideas
  • Demonstrate an ability to work in a multi-functional environment, and interact effectively with your business partners
  • Be able to operate in a fast-moving environment and manage time efficiently in order to meet deadlines
  • Confident in facilitating/presenting to employees on learning topics

Program Requirements & Details

  • You must be a fresh graduate (less than a year)
  • You must be available for at least 6 months starting January 2025…. and ideally eager to extend the internship for a year
