The Role:

You’ll be the go-to person for turning warm leads into happy customers. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Work with warm leads – show them how Helpjuice can solve their problems and make their lives easier.
  • Run product demos – walk potential customers through how Helpjuice works, showcasing the value it brings to their work.
  • Build strong relationships – make sure customers love the product and know exactly how to get the most out of it.
  • Follow up on leads – reach out consistently to keep the conversation going and nurture relationships until they’re ready to buy.
  • Close deals – confidently guide customers through the sales process and help them make the decision to purchase.
  • Support new customers – manage a support inbox (10-30 inquiries) daily, helping answer questions and making sure everyone gets what they need.
  • Stay in touch with leadership – keep the VP of Sales and CEO updated with weekly projections, sales reports, and progress.
  • Advocate for the customers.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong English skills to connect with our mostly US-based customers.
  • You’re a tech-savvy problem solver and quick learner.
  • You’re available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (NYC time).
  • You’ve got a sense of humor and love working in a dynamic team.
