Overview
This role is the Business Partner with the functional and technology teams for continues improvements, service delivery, troubleshooting and any data or performance issues. Responsible for participating in developing, automating, and monitoring Daily Follow Up Reports (including all tacks: Customers, Vendors, Materials & Prices), Data Management KPIs dashboards in order ensure on time and on quality information. Also, design, improvement, analysis, and integrity of DMO Global requirements for new data processes. Including:
- LDBS KPIs Monitoring, improvement, analysis, and integrity.
- LDBS User Data Indicator.
- Develop visualization capabilities and automate and improve report navigation and understanding.
- Execution and monitoring of new data processes and technology.
- Data Management Process Control.
Responsibilities
- Monitor data KPI’s across all data domains, including the data operations and data reporting; Execute actions plan for fixing and improving the data management.
- Follow up with involved IT & Data teams to ensure tools fixes development across systems (SAP, STICC, Service Now, etc.).
- Maintain effective communication about LatAm DBS team performance indicators, opportunities and risks inherent to the process of data management that affect the business processes performance.
- Create continuous improvements with stakeholders and customers according to new/changes business requirements.
- Responsible for KPIs and reports harmonization as well the standardization of KPIs.
- Determine root causes of KPIs issues and implement action plans to reduce business impacts.
