Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Guests Survey Agent
The role involves conducting surveys with hotel guests, collecting feedback on their experiences, and compiling reports for management identifying areas for improvement to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to gather accurate feedback
- Fluency in English is a must B2 to C1 Speakers only
- Experience in English customer care accounts or offshore telemarketing accounts is a huge plus
